Reviews and Ratings
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and reasonably sized compared to other hotels in Japan. They had fantastic views over the city and offered a modern, clean, and comfortable experience. The staff were top-notch, always making up for any minor location disadvantages with their excellent service. The location was good, especially if you enjoy the beautiful downtown city of Naha. The dining options had a good selection, and overall, the facilities were great, making it a wonderful place to stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although on the 19th floor with great views, were small and plain. However, they were comfortable and had working A/C. The service was friendly and helpful, making up for some minor location disadvantages. The location was convenient to visit cultural areas, but the surroundings were a bit lackluster. The dining options had a wide variety but were not outstanding in taste. Overall, the hotel offered a modern, clean, and comfortable stay with a good view of the city.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, where I enjoyed a large suite that allowed me to fully experience the luxurious space. The room was a bit warm, and unfortunately, the fan could only be set to a single speed, which was a letdown. Despite this, the bathroom and toilet were spacious and nice.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with some positives like the nice view but also some negatives including the lack of included breakfast and cleanliness issues that need addressing.
The hotel was plain, but the rooms were comfortable with working A/C and spacious views of Okinawa. The service was a mix of rudeness and attentiveness, with some staff being kind and professional while others were unhelpful. The location was not the best, situated in a hilly area with limited attractions within walking distance. The dining experience offered a mixture of Western and Asian dishes at an average taste. The facilities were average, lacking standout features.
